Calling All Potential Vendors
Applications Now Available
Vendors are invited to apply for the 2025 Essence Festival, the preeminent cultural experience celebrating all things Black. Interested vendors should navigate to the Vendor Opportunities or Become a Vendor section of the festival website and complete the required application form.
To be eligible, vendors must meet certain criteria and individually comply with all pertinent State of Louisiana laws. Specific requirements can be found on the application form.
Essence Festival offers a unique platform for vendors to showcase their products and services to a diverse audience of festival attendees. Those interested in joining the vendor community are encouraged to apply early to secure their spot.
